Summer = Fur

Huh? This may be the question you're asking after seeing the contradictory title. Fear not! I shall explain. Having lived in a bipolar city for over 20 years now, I'm now know that Boston disagrees with the expected weather during the summer months. Being the optimist that I am, I've found a way to enjoy the cooler days Boston gifts us with.

Denim Leather Denim

Today I made a trip downtown and gave Rag & Bone a visit. We had missed each other dearly. The second I stepped into r&b my eye caught the most amazing denim jacket with leather sleeves it has EVER seen. This won't even do it justice.

Back in Business

I'm officially back in the states and ready to start my blogging back up. This means ZERO distractions from God knows what. Just a quick recap on my travels to France, Portugal, and Spain. Portugal was my favorite out of the three. Yes, Paris is the fashion capital and Spain is partying "all day, all night" but Portugal…most beautiful place in the world.

Spring has arrived my friends and so has the bright colored pants we all adore so much. Although most Parisians prefer the uniform of black, navy and grey, these two men figured it was time to whip out some color and shed some light over this beautiful city. And yes..i am aware of the fact that this picture is somewhat ridiculous. Enjoy ;)

Je suis désolé for the delayed posts. I just arrived in Paris this past Sunday and I've been trying to adjust to the Parisian lifestyle. Not knowing the language may be making it a little harder than usual but that's what I get for saying no to rosetta stone. Alor. SUPER Sunglasses! Be Cool or Be Gone

Yes, folks.  It's officially New York fashion week. Damn it, wish I was there. Moving forward.. One of the few designers showing today was none other than BCBG Max Azria. Get the title now?  The collection introduced neutrals, color blocking, fur accents, and navy stripes. I'd say the Azria's have managed to keep their sophisticated but edgy look without a doubt.

Yes, Bijoux. In other words, jewelry. These pieces of constructed materials that most people use to jazz up any old outfit and/or give as a token of appreciation for sleeping with each other. Naughty, i know. Any who, I'm always on the hunt for original jewelry and most of the time I end up getting lucky with fresh independent designers with their innovative designs.

I've got the SCOOP

A few weeks ago I was walking around Newbury Street (for those of you who don't know, it's one of Boston's well known shopping areas) and realized Scoop, a boutique based out of NYC, opened up across Intermix. Seeing as I was trying to find a top to go with my alexander wang streamer skirt, I figured Scoop would be a great spot for a good find. Don't get me wrong, it's a bit on the high end price range but the sale was unbelievable and some of the designer clothing was to die for. Not only was the merchandise amazing but the employees were rockin' Scoop's chic style with pride.

Mens fashion week. Ah. Couldn't think of anything I'd want to attend more. Although I am a woman, and as society would assume, woman love woman's fashion. On the contrary my friends, I LOVE men's fashion. The impeccable tailored suits, amazing stitched oxfords, and phenomenal leather belts. Wait a tick, sounds like my closet. Kidding, but not really.
